FAQ

How can I get the longest lifespan from its battery?

The lifespan of a battery will vary considerably with how it is used, how it is maintained and charged, the temperature and other factors. Do not over-charge or over-discharge,It is also not a good idea to use a LiPo battery until it is completely empty,Store at about 40% to 50% battery capacity when you finished, and store in a cool place.

Can HOME 3000 power a refrigerator?

Yes! HOME 3000 can run a standard 200W refrigerator for up to 10 hours. With a surge wattage of 3000, HOME 3000 can also deal with a fridge’s startup surge.

Can I charge HOME 3000 with a third-party solar panel?

Yes, HOME 3000 has a universal solar charging port, which makes it compatible with most solar panels that are 12–75V and DC 20A (max). We recommend using solar panels that have a combined wattage of around 200.

What devices can HOME 3000 power?

Basically, HOME 3000 can power anything that’s up to 3000W, and that doesn’t peak above 6000W*. That covers around 90% of essential household devices. HOME 3000 also includes a surge wattage of 3000W, that caters for the startup surge of appliances such as fridges, hairdryers, and air conditioners. Run up to 10 devices at once, as long as they don’t cumulatively exceed 1800W.

Can I use all of the outlets at once?

Yes, Please keep all the combined output of what you’re charging doesn’t exceed 1800W*. We recommend testing your devices one at a time to see if they’re compatible with HOME 3000.

What should I do if I see an ‘E09-Overload’ icon flashing on HOME 3000's screen?

"E09"  might be experiencing AC output overload.

1. First, check to see if the connected device meets the unit’s power range.

2. In normal mode, HOME 3000 supports a maximum of 1800W. Confirm whether the electrical equipment is within this range.

3. The power of the electrical equipment is too large, causing it to fail to operate.

Can I use HOME 3000 as an uninterrupted power source (UPS)?

No, but it can be used as an emergency power source (EPS). Here’s the difference.

When your HOME 3000 is plugged into the wall, anything plugged into it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power from the grid stops, HOME 3000 automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 12 milliseconds. That means anything connected will not have power for 12 milliseconds, which may mean desktop computers and data servers turn off.

How long is HOME 3000’s warranty?

Gendome Home 3000's warranty is for 24 months

Can I use HOME 3000 while it’s charging?

Yes, HOME 3000 can run your devices when connected to an AC input, car outlet, or solar panel. However, bear in mind that powering appliances will slow down the recharging.

How to activate low current mode

Press and hold until the indicator light flashes and turns, then release it. The product enters a low current continuous discharge mode and will not automatically sleep due to low output power; Can be used for charging low-power devices such as headphones, translation pens, etc. with Micro30; Press and hold again to exit the mode.

What fast charging protocols are supported

Not supporting UFCS; Supports multiple fast charging protocols such as PPS/PD/SCP/FCC/QC/AFC/PE/BC1.2

Is the power bank waterproof

Micro30 is not waterproof! Power banks have certain protection and anti drop performance, but due to the inability of the USB interface to hold water, rain or splashes may cause short circuits or damage. Please stay away from humid environments when using~

Micro30 power on/off

Single machine startup, double-click to shut down. In the power on state, the remaining capacity of the power supply can be checked. If no device is connected after 30 seconds, it will enter sleep mode and the LED light will automatically turn off.

Can I connect Gendome 200 W Solar Panels in parallel?

Yes. Connecting panels in parallel increases power through doubling the current. The maximum number of 200 W

panels allowed in a parallel connection depends on the controller and energy storage equipment of your recreational

How to use Solar36 correctly

The power generation of photovoltaic panels directly depends on the intensity of light. The light energy in low light environments such as indoor lighting and cloudy days is much lower than that in clear outdoor sunlight, resulting in the voltage and current generated by photovoltaic panels being unable to reach the starting voltage of devices such as power banks or mobile phones. This is like the inability to drive a water turbine with fine water flow, determined by physical characteristics rather than product failure. It is recommended to use it in an outdoor environment with direct sunlight for optimal results.

Solar36 charging speed

36W "refers to the maximum peak power under ideal lighting conditions (STC) in a standard laboratory. In practical use, factors such as lighting angle, intensity, and temperature can all affect instantaneous power. On average, the actual output power of a day is around 50% -70% of the peak power (i.e. 18W-25W), which is a normal and excellent level. It is more suitable for continuous battery replenishment rather than rapid fast charging

What do Solar36's red and green lights represent respectively

Normal charging, with a charging current greater than 200mA, indicates a red light. If the phone is fully charged or approaching full charge, with a charging current less than 200mA, it will switch to a green light. There may be some error values during the red green transition process. At this time, there may also be a short-term critical situation where both lights are on simultaneously.
